So what are these so called lists, why are they so important and how do you grow them?
‘Lists’ is basically your subscription list (database), it is anyone that has decided to leave their name and contact details via your website so that they can be kept up to date with your products and services.
So why are they so important?
Your list is important because they are your existing customers and potential future customers. Those that have already purchased from you are more inclined to buy off you again if they were happy with your last product. Potential customers may get an email from you informing them of a new product and service and decide that they also wish to make a purchase.
So by keeping in constant contact with your list you can always push products and services towards them and entice existing and new members to the list to make a purchase.
